Trainings

Your employees will be trained by our experienced experts. Through this practice-oriented training, your employees will gain the necessary knowledge in the safe and efficient handling of the system.

Modem Hotline

By transmitting information via modem, troubleshooting can often be determined in real time. Our electrical engineers have direct access to your control units through the modem connection. This means that machine functions can be checked and faults rectified immediately.

Sales

Our sales and consulting team is always at your disposal. The salesperson responsible for your region will support you in planning and implementing your projects. In doing so, you can draw on the entire know-how of our technical departments.

   Spares

As an operator of a concrete block plant, you know how important it is to maintain the productivity of your plant. An important contribution to this is proper maintenance with original spare parts. Our spare parts are manufactured according to the highest quality standards and are subjected to strict quality control. You receive your spare parts around the clock, i.e. 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Due to the high availability of our spare parts with a commodity value of more than 3 million euros at the Emden plant, we ensure an optimal supply for you.
The delivery of our spare parts usually takes place within one calendar day throughout Europe, if requested by you.

Thanks to our modern warehouse management system, you can find out quickly and reliably whether the spare parts you require are in stock.
The majority of our spare parts are always in stock and can therefore be delivered to your company at any time.
However, should there ever be a shortage of purchased parts, our spare parts sales department will of course do everything in its power to send you the parts you need as quickly as possible by direct mail.
